Dells had the upper hand from the tip, as they cornered the Dragons on the Quarrier side of the court. Dells then took advantage of a foul 30 seconds into the game and sunk both free throws to get onto the board.

While the Dragons were able to keep pace with the Quarriers throughout the first quarter, the Quarriers were able to widen that to 11 points in the second quarter. They kept the lead throughout the rest of the game, holding the Dragons down to just a few points in the third quarter and a few in the fourth as they shot away with the ball.

The Dragons were able to do well in rebounds, gathering 20, but were outpaced by the Quarriers' 39 rebounds. They had 9 steals to Dells' 12, and 5 blocks to the Quarriers' 4 and stayed nearly even in free throws with 71% accuracy to Dells' 79%.  Unfortunately, the Quarriers had the upper hand in field goals and 3-pointers.

The Dragons ended their season with a 5-16 win-loss record.
