14 BDA staff achieve SD Pathways Certification

A growing number of South Dakota’s early childhood educators are advancing their careers and strengthening the quality of care provided to young children through the Pathways to Professional Development certification program. This state-supported initiative, led by the South Dakota Department of Social Services, is helping childcare professionals gain valuable skills, formal recognition, and a clearer pathway for career growth.
